The Bible gives a very unusual picture of something here. The boy's coffin was open, which is not how a dead person would have been carried. But I believe it was a statement by the mother, I'm not okay with this. And that's the one Jesus is drawn to. Feel the glory of the Lord right there. Do not weep. This is my presence enough to override the situation that you know is dead and over.
