The Hispanic Panic in the Despatch Center

At that point, i was the only non white person that worked there. There were terms being used e in the despatch center. They would call hispanic panic. Somebody referred the call from the vineyard workers to alma because she was the only dispatcher who spoke spanish. Alma told us the culture of the office sometimes made her uncomfortable.
