How to Be a Better Athlete Today Than I Was Yesterday

I never got injured in the years that we were working together, which is insane when I think back on it. You stay connected to your body when you're doing it day after day. And whether that comes from how you're recovering and how you're sleeping to all the little niggles and pains that you might have in big volume training. That's at the end of the day, that's the goal. Being a better athlete today than I was yesterday, being a better athlete tomorrow than I am today. Well, healthy and injury-free is the key driver.
