The Defense Is Trying to Push Back the Time of Death of Paul and Maggie
The defense argued that just because Paul and Maggie stopped using their phone around this time does not mean that this is when they died. At 8.48 p.m., Paul receives two text messages from a girl named Megan Kimball, and both of them are marked as red. But then less than a minute later, Paul receives a text message from Rogan, and this was never read. At the same time at 8.49 p.m,. Maggie read a textMessage from her sister-in-law, but this is the last recorded text that she ever read. And so based on this cell data, this is when the prosecution argues that they both were killed.
