Is China Going to Be the Home of Transhumanism?

China is going to be the home of transhumanism. There's no moral or ethical restraints there. I'm very concerned that these guys are going to try and replace the police and the military with robotics. As they integrate more and more digital technology into the human body, what's a robot and what's a human becomes very complex. So when you look at the challenges of setting up a second labor system for robotics, you understand why they want to put it in one.
