Ofac Compliant Blocks Are Now Down 60%

OfAC compliant blocks are now down to less than 60%. That is down from something like 80 to 85% at their peak. It's worth noting that it only takes one relayer to process non-ofac compliant blocks. The fear and fun around this thing was always totally misguided, David says.
