How Do You Build a Great Open Source Team?
I think anybody who is in the enviable position of having a really great team would be lying if they didn't say there was some luck involved in the beginning. And we got some really great people early on. We got some great projects early on. And those things just fed each other really well, right? We had interesting projects and great people which brought in more interesting projects, which allowed us to have great work to talk about and to do open source work. It's like this loop of interesting projects, good people bring good people bring interesting projects,. But the lubrication for that engine is calm and being and talking about it.
