The company was planning to go through a management transition and a leadership transition. That obviously creates some risk and some complication in terms of buying a business where you know you have to bring in a new CEO. Also because of the acquisitions, they had a very complex group of systems. So there were some puts and takes that we had to think about through the diligence process.
