The Value of Talent Marketplaces
Talent marketplace is an artificial intelligence driven solution with machine learning in the background. It directs employees based on a profile that they have inside the talent marketplace towards opportunities to help them in their career growth and learning growth. The second thing it does is it integrates into our applicant tracking system for recruitment purposes. And then the third core module that we launched with was around projects which is an area that people have a high level of interest in often when I talk about this deployment.
