We have terms for this. We have derogatory terms for people who throw up images of themselves online that don't comport with who and what they actually look like today. So it could be, for instance, let's say you have somebody with a very active ego. And let's say that you can tell that they are older than they are appearing to look. You're like, yo, you look absolutely nothing like your pictures. What the fuck? Right?
