Are Scholarships for Retirement Really Designed for Retirement?

Wroth money is really designed for retirement. Many people use it to help with the kid's college cost and be able to do so tax free. Do we have the same benefits as other customers of ta mobile and a t and t, such as robocal prevention or free streaming services?
