The human framework has got a bunch of autonomous systems that are unconscious happening and that's where you run into the problem right is that how can you mirror in an organization to get to the unconscious happenings. What happened was my job was to go to these different departments different heads and all these and start saying okay so what what do we measure? And then once I started looking under the hood of what they said to measure I'm like why the hell are you doing it like thatWhat you know it's like yeah where do you start so I think there's a catch all you have to know well, which became a cultural rub in that organization.
