How to Get the Most Out of Your Morning Routine

We want to focus on stress reduction so put your phone away, keep your phone on flight mode and avoid scrolling on Instagram or checking your emails first thing in the morning. Next we want to get that 10 minutes at least of unfiltered sunshine as close to 7am as possible. And remember you can't cheat the system by just waking up earlier and earlier. Please make sure you are getting enough sleep for most of us it's going to be around 8 hours a night on average.
