Is Induction the Future of Cooking?

Induction is the future, and it' i listen, it's going to be a very, very difficult road for americans to change their ways. Straight cooking over gas. Is this in a red blooded, bravado American way? And clearly that's not going to work any more. This, this processs is not going to happen overnight. But i'm acknowledging it on my own end as well. We are literally ne but gas is aspirational, but induction is to from what you're talking about.
