i question if h r needs to revisit with the stake holders about exactly what they need to acquire a new employee. It's important to remember that on boarding isn't just for the new hire, it requires a lot of change for existing employees and their role in orienting new hires. For suree, let's be bot on. Eh, so maybe that even requires some additional training to be created for them too. Rigt, and then, of course, that adds another layer of work that has to be done. I mean, like, like i said, eallier, the fact that we can't even just introduce people, you know, to each other in a physical location
