The Transfer Policy for New Agent Trainees

Serena, cassie and Jerry talk about the process of choosing a new agent. They rank those 56 field offices in order of preference from one through 56. The transfer unit is getting input from all of the field offices to see where they have critical gaps that match up with their requests. It has improved tremendously in the last several years in terms of averages. But i do stress to all my candidates, even though this is the averagee, you might be getting a little further out of that than you would hope.
