"We had six full-time employees at our peak, but we had 180 part-time employees who did the pickups and the deliveries on the college campuses," he says. "At our peak, we were at 25 colleges and in 13 or 14 markets in 12 states." The business grew from $250,000 revenue to more than $1 million a year by 2015.
