The Importance of Carbohydrate Ingestion

Carbohydrate ingestion is linked to intensity, exercise intensity, correct fellow or former and colleague of yours, Trans Stellingworth did a beautiful job of outlining that. If you're running the two-hour marathon like Elliot, Kip Chogi, you are going to need a lot more carbohydrate available than if you're running a four-hour marathon. I don't know that it's worth your time to be that rigorous if you're more of the casual recreational type athlete. You don't need to get overly crazy or aggressive with the carbohydrate load that you're trying to ingest during competition or training.
