How Can We Change the Rules to Make It More Difficult to Spread Lies

I'm not sure how optimistic i am that we can move on under the current rules. There are 50, 60 million americans who wanted to see a second fromp presidency. And just like it's unlikely that the four of us will give much credibility to statements by the president. For many of them, whatever joe byden is going to say isyo, you're not a legitimate president. They truly believe that the election was raked.
