Hiring Psychology Tests Aren't for Hiring

Bob Greene says he's not a big fan of psychological tests in the recruiting process. The ones that are designed for hiring like i know people use predictive index they use culture index, said Greene. He thinks teams that where everyone is on the same part of the profile tend to have the same strengths and weaknesses.
