Doing Is Getting You Nowhere?

When you start a business, you have to do everything. The next level is actually deciding. What happens here is I am making the motions, but I'm not making the decisions. One brain that still controls the entire organization limits our growth and takes us away from doing the work because we're deciding for everyone else.
