The Importance of Recovery Phases in Training

The first stage of that kind of grayzone is just acute fatigue, which is very common in a lot of runner. But then that next stage is that microscopic tissue damage, which could be attributed to doms or like, you know, that still very productive. So i think learning to listen to the body would be nice way of, i guess, insuring that you've fully recovered and you're not sort of dancing too much in that grey zone.
