The Relationship Between Thinking and Curiosity and Walking

Danny Cevallos: Are you familiar with any research that might explain why thinking and curiosity and walking are so closely associated? Does it maybe have something to do with increased blood flow or just something as banal is being less distracted by other things? It could also be that we, when we are walking, this hippocampal entoronal system is the one that allows us to connect concepts or objects together in a network formation. And okay, moving on though from the philosophical walk, I think the next sort of walk is the spiritual walk. He says there are these thousand year old traditions of walks that show us ways of navigating how we think about the divine.
