The False Prophets of the Church
Boyd K Packer: Joseph Smith was an unschooled farm boy. He says some have alleged that these books of revelation are false and they place evidence changes in the text since their original publication. "Such changes have been basically minor refinements in grammar, expression, punctuation, clarification," he adds. The Mormon church uses what I would argue is kind of manipulation to tell members that not only are these changes not a problem, but they're actually going to strengthen your testimony.
