People are just one people are pretty lazy like we're kind of designed to conserve energy yeah you know also I think that people like to have a idea that makes them feel good that they can kind of think about doing something without then ever getting around to actually doing it. We fall into the trap of there's something the states have changed model which is kind of an interesting way to describe this uh and there are two stages: pre-contemplation stage and action stage. Most people from my observation just confuse the contemplation stage for the action stage so if you're likeYeah I'm gonna like I'm gonna work out and get in shape feel better feels better but really don't see any results
