Is Bitcoin a Non-Government Currency?

I think Bitcoin is ultimately like a pretty unique project because essentially, you know, as I said, Bitcoin has these riddles that it has to solve. And the interesting thing is that Satoshi kind of leaves this open riddle. He left Bitcoin with this open question: Can we create a non-government currency? Most cryptocurrencies now are just cryptocurrencies with other governments and they even tell that they have governance. But then there's that 10% where it's not so debatable.
