So it can be really superhelpful to take the time to figure out what those are. And then the process of of intentionally anticipating excuses or things, or distractions, things at n' tri ou a, you know, it allows you to to sorely own it and figure out how you con to navigate through it,. which makes you more likely to actually do that, exactly, exactly.
