There's a lot to talk abl in order to train effectively. So it's not like i can say, 80 20 is the way to go, and then send someone off and like veno how to train. There's some room to play in there as well. It depends on where you are in the trainin process,. Like what kind of athlete you are... How you apportion that 20 %?
