How Do We Evaluate Someone's Speaked English?

When did you start to experience, like, significant gains from using this method? I think very soon, but not that early. Probably after a couple of months at least, working on four, five part cast. Did you do this every day then, for that period, were you doing something perfect? Yes, every day. But maybe some weeks i didn't repeat it. Some weeks there were some gaps, but not huge gaps. And given that, will i only use this method for my accent - and if so, what's the word for it? It can't be 'excellent' Ero has never had any native friends or teachers who could help him improve his English.
