Timothy Stanley: I think a lot of us are trying to accumulate less stuff. He says the recipe box icon on your Tim's cooking is not as fun to look through then like a binder of recipes. A return to instead of this fetishization of everything must be fresh and locally sourced, he says. Stanley: Fewer people eating red meat in any way; that style of eating is increasingly a thing of the past.
