There are a lot of many prosecutions with steroid use in South Africa. It ranges from obviously proper doctors and medical experts who administer it to casual guy in the gym, just to help out a buddy. I do know in local cycling, and I'm thinking of things like Cape Epic and a lot of it, at all for it's stuff as well. We say it's a target specific site to a dealing.
