In order to understand people, we' got to talk to em. What i would say is you have to ask people to be in the moment when they're going to interact with your product. You want to hear the pain that people had when they tried to do this and it didn't work for them. And what was that emotional pain lie? Where did things break down? I'll give yo an example of a product actualy m give mo an example. Its i want to build some kind of an ap that's going to connect this local area that they have a big need with lots of other people nationally. So that's is persons. That's their aspiration. It may not be
