How to Survive Burnout

I think a lot of us don't know what it's like to not be on the edge of burnout which is really depressing state of affairs isn't it. I'm so used to being a human doing that I didn't know or I forgot what it felt like just to be and so part of me recovering from burnout was that I needed to learn how to be. It's amazing in one of our communities we sometimes do just a two-minute silence of just sitting there and everyone goes oh that was lovely that was lovely but we just don't do it do we we don't give ourselves time.
