If you're trying to show leadership that m c, the m l model isn't working, then just literally map it out from lead to closed, one by conversion source. Then calculate metrics like lead to win sale cycle length s, k o wind rate, customer acquisition cost, pipe line vilosity and then short them by pipe line in vilosity. The natural ones that i always talk about not working fall to the bottom. And we are really striving hard to to drive that tum and move the metrics in a different direction.
