The Mail on Sunday described Boris Johnson as a tiger undone by minuscule nibbling mice. But the repeated references to Margaret Thatcher, they're comparing him to... It's obviously another titan Tory leader brought down by ungrateful colleagues who only held their seats because of the majority that she had come into being. And I think they're accidentally quite strong parallels there that they're not referring to. Both of these guys were removed by their own colleagues. But it's because they'd looked at the numbers and could see they were going to lose those very seats. This has happened because Boris Johnson became incredibly unpopular with the general public because he fucked up.
