The Importance of History in Headaches
Maggie Rain is an 11-year-old established patient at Cash Lack Children's. Her caregiver explains that Maggie has been complaining about headaches at least three times a week for the last three months, usually right when she gets home from school. She says sometimes it feels like squeezing and other times like something is hitting her head. Most of the patients that come to us have really no findings on their physical exam so everything we're getting in terms of useful information is coming primarily from their history.
