Is There a Crisis of Reason?

Pope Francis: In the modern concept of reason, we have limited reason to the empirical. If it's not demonstrable, if you can't empirically demonstrate it, then it's not reasonable. He says justice isn't empirical; neither is goodness, truth, friendship, hope or compassion. The end of politics is what? Justice - and that's a crisis of humanity.
