Women Speakers at the Conferences
We saw an increase in first time speakers. I think perhaps they were more encouraged to submit. Unfortunately, we don't get a lot of variety in diversity from people who are submitting. But still, if you look at from a person of color standpoint, there's not a lot of talks being submitted that way. And so it's pretty hard to see those numbers increase.
