Are There Specific Innovation Metrics That You Shouldn't Miss?
It's very typical for organizations, as we grow, to unintentionally have barriers that start being created that actually limit innovation. The most important one is the learning ratio, especially because that's at this level, that's what you should be doing. If your team is doing other things, then it's not going very well. But of course, you can look at other things as well, right? You can look at what iste the value of what they're what they're creating, connected to the cost. And those are the ones that you can compare others to others with whid you want apples and apples with same structure approach.
