When you think of really strategic HR and and its development of people but also how important their their culture is to their company success do any companies come right away? Great question so that's that's actually a tough one because some of the clients I think we work with they don't have the right person to begin with. Chick-fil-A has such a great culture within the stores and you're like well they're hiring from the same people as McDonald's and Burger King it's the same pool but it's a very different atmosphere when you go in therevery true.
