The eightfold path is a counteracte dynamical system that counteracts parasitic processing and does reciprocal opening beyond the ego self. It's represented by an eight spoked wheel, in which each part is interdependent on all the other parts. And it deals with ethical aspects, accidential aspects, sapiential aspects. That can help you reverse the reciprocal narrowing until you get anagogic awakening that takes you beyond the prison of the ego and the everyday world.
