In terms of day trading it's a very tight type of trading. You basically have to fight a volume, volatility and spreads. So I mean there were many hurdles and all those hurdles can really take a toll on you if you're not careful. The way to be careful is to really devise a strategy that makes sense and that works with your particular trading style. A lot of times when I first started out that was the mistake I was making - jumping in just to actually make a trade.
