Is There a Light in the Sky?

I think spirituality when you really deeply look at it is a commitment to truth. And that means whatever is true for you. I like to picture this light inside all of us that's our divine spark that just does not go out and not ever go out. But once you do excavate all that stuff and are willing to look at it, then you're like just shines. Mm. Well, we can lighten things up by saying that life does tend to bounce it out. With the the downs come the ups and then in the middle you find the joy. Yeah. That makes sense because if you don't look at your darkness, it takes up your capacity.
