Does Lambda Have General Intelligence Equivalent to a Human?

Is it possible to program a computer someday such that it has general intelligence equivalent to a human or better I would say probably computers are good at a lot of things they can currently be better than humans at specific things like chess. Over time the they will become better and better in a wider range of fields so even if it's not able to pass a Turing test  I don't see any reason why that's not possible, he says.
