The Court's Response to a Protest
The law says if it's public safety related to the driving, you can do it. The court explicitly said there was no allegation of that here. Is she honked 14 times? Is that excessive? It's excessive. This was in the context of a protest. Isn't it likely that she was picked on for her views? She didn't even have to pay the ticket because the cop didn't show up.
