Jessica asked what causes you to feel depressed in your own goals. For me, the problem was that i just had so much on my plate that it was crazy. What got me out of the funk was when i thought about the things that i should start doing to tackle this. I've actually literally been taking action every single day. This is where i have my assistant, espencially, her first official week with me this week. That's really helped me in terms of a moving ahead in the other things.
