Is the European Market Not as Profitable as the US Market?

I think the way I look at it anyway, is that it's a mature business in the US, but it's not as mature of a business in Europe. It hasn't consolidated yet. So they can come in and they can buy a few. And co part has much more liquidity in their auction space than probably anybody else. If there was a lot of low hanging fruit on the ancillary service side, they probably would have already plucked that.
