Are We Going to Have Enough People Answering the Calls?
There is a need at the local level for, we know, developing additional training depending on the constituency of that community. There's work to create specialized services for l g b t c youth who have a very high rates of suicidal ideation. And there are lots of efforts across the country to ramp up that work force but we need bodies. We need people willing to do it. M and we need to make that the people we have answering those calls don't burn out.
