I was the youngest VP at an advertising agency. When you don't care about something, that's a trigger. You got to move on. So I decided to start learning multifamily and leave at that point in time. That thought it was going to be just like my single family homes. And then I made a big mistake on my first deal where I went in with that same mindset. It was not a good thing.
