It's much better to ask questions than lead with your opinion. I found it very effective as a leader, just by opening up the er and saying, ok, here's the problem. Would love to hear your as thoughts on a how we, you know, could go about solving the problem. What do you think the risks are? What are the opportunities that we may not have thought about? Go around the table, and then i would weigh in with my thoughts in perspectives - normally in the form of a question like, has anyone ever seen this before? So it's less about asserting your opinion and about trying to facilitate that and draw it out of your ten or more people. And
